These people are phenomenal!! My daughter had a bad experience with an eye doctor, not related to this one, and their staff, in Charlotte when she was 4, she was afraid and they were rushing her and being impatient and pushy, and I was worried about how she would do this time. The staff HERE is friendly, sweet, nice, kind, warm, welcoming, they even calmed me down :D After seeing your terrified four year old, kick an eye doctor in the face two years prior, you would be nervous too, but ALL went well!! I LOVE THESE people and they are wonderful!!! I recommend them to anyone!! If you have a nervous kiddo, this is the place to go :) God bless!!
I have been going to Dr. Roach since elementary school. He has always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Roach is the only doctor's office I look forward to going to every year. I recommend him to everybody.
