Just want to say that Chuck is the epitome of professionalism. He really cares about his customers and it shows in the high quality work that they do. They've been in business long enough to get to know the community really well, which gives them that home team advantage. I would highly recommend them for trustworthy, quality, honest work and pricing.
I called as a new client for a faulty GFI and Chuck Douthit was able to schedule David to come out the same day. David was extremely knowledgeable, capable, efficient and kind. He diagnosed the problem quickly, while checking for other potential problems. He changed out the outlet without issue. I highly recommend Douthit Electrical with no hesitation whatsoever.
