The ladies at cool.spa are kind and very professional. I was a tough case and I like that they were honest with me and left the decision making up to me. I highly recommend Cool spa. Go in for a visit.

The staff was efficient, professional, and kind!! I never got any high pressure vibes! Facility was clean and staff made certain I was informed about what to expect and kept me comfortable during procedure!!

I had a great experience at this location. The office was always clean, neat and welcoming. It was always quiet and relaxing. No other customers were there. The ladies are all very nice. They answer all of your questions and tell you how everything works in detail. They talked me through the process, and everything they said was accurate to my experience. I was able to see great results from the before and after pictures. The one and only complaint is that there were little to no example photos of women of color.
