I have loved doing Pilates at Club Pilates! Every class is just as challenging as the one before.

I love Moorseville Club Pilates! I enjoy taking the variety of classes offered and have gained much strength and confidence. The classes that Courtney leads are always a delight to attend as she is always upbeat and serves up a fantastic variety of different flows. She provides modifications for more difficult moves and always encourages you to meet yourself where your body is at for that day. The studio is a no judgment zone and you can be confident that you’ll leave feeling great about your workout!!!

Club Pilates is great for a lot of reasons including that there are multiple types of classes and class levels offered. There’s no getting stuck in a rut; class routines change frequently and no two are exactly alike. Lastly, although the classes are challenging, the smaller class size allow teachers to easily help with accommodations and adjustments so that people of all levels can get maximum benefits.
