Dr. Haines is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to every concern. I always feel heard, respected, and well cared for during my appointments. What stands out most is how genuinely she cares about her patients. She explains things clearly, never makes me feel rushed, and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and kindness make every visit a positive experience. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Haines as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring!

I had a great experience at Atrium Health Primary Care. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. Dr. Rousseau and the entire staff did an excellent job addressing all of my concerns and made me feel heard throughout the visit.
The nurses were especially kind and caring. I had to get a large amount of blood drawn for several tests, and they even gave me juice afterward, which I thought was such a thoughtful gesture. They also kept the environment light and comfortable by making me laugh during the process, which really helped ease my nerves. Overall, a very positive experience with a genuinely compassionate team.

I had the most incredible experience here during my recent visit. I spent time researching to find the right doctor for myself, and Dr. Haines & this office couldn’t be any more perfect. She and the Nurse (or maybe Medical Assistant) showed so much compassion, patience, and kindness to me and made sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit. Dr. Haines is wonderful and truly listens and explains things so well, especially when it comes to medications and what she is actively doing during the visit. I absolutely recommend her. The staff in the lab were great, and so were the ladies at the front desk. So grateful to have found such a perfect office!

Excellent, caring doctor and staff. Donny did my blood work. Very nice and professional man. My veins usually don't cooperate but he had no problem finding a good one. Everyone shows concern, empathy, and professionalism.

Even though they had not received my medical records, which were requested some time ago, Dr. Haines immediately moved forward and began the process of reestablishing me quickly with all of the things that I needed.
Her team is just as outstanding!

During our search, we came across numerous positive reviews about Dr. Haines, and I can confidently say they were spot on. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her as our new family doctor! Dr. Sandberg is literally God sent!. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Sandberg for the first time back in 2024 or the end of 2023, my primary care was out of office and Sandberg had an opening. It was truly meant to be, she is so personable and just a loving soul. She truly wants to help and take care of her patients. I will also add a more personal statement- I am a recovered alcoholic and with that being said I have encountered two different doctors that came off rather judgmental and I immediately stopped seeing them, Dr Sandberg has always welcomed me with open arms and I couldn’t be more pleased with her being my primary care doctor. I highly recommend this office, even Charity in the front office is so sweet!
