In my opinion, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses is the best! They really took care of me. This time I fell into the role of a needy(🙄) customer. I realized after the exam I may have been squinting (don’t do that). Sure enough my new prescription was incorrect. They immediately rescheduled a new exam and had my new prescription in six days. months later I mentioned that one of the two pairs of glasses that I purchased gave me a headache. Everyone in the mooresville office is super nice and understanding and very experienced! They talk you through all your choices and let you pick they don't push you to do anything you don’t want to!! If you can see go yo them they will show you the way!!
I called and spoke with Andy, he was really great. He had mentioned he was short staff, but moved efficiently to help me get my son’s account set up for our upcoming visit. Thanks Andy again for all your help, I’m sure Saturday's are one of the busiest days, and he really put a great effort in to help me!
