James Brown Air Conditioning & Heating

Last week we had James Brown come out to fix a plumbing issue that another reputable (we thought) company do the original work. We’ve had both companies do work for us in the past but moving forward, James Brown now has 100% of our business. We know everyone makes mistakes now and then but we feel and have evidence that the other company’s technician intentionally substituted a correct OEM part. This caused us not only inconvenience & aggravation but a cost to do it the right way.
I need to highlight and commend Brown’s technician Kyle, who was not only friendly and skilled, but completed the job correctly in a timely fashion, keeping our cost and loss to a minimum.
Without question, I not only would use Brown services again, but highly recommend them to anyone considering plumbing services to be performed and or replacing their HVAC system. You definitely will not be disappointed.

We recently had JBPH&AC replace our aging gas hot water heater with a SANCO2 hot water heat pump. Although this is a proven, highly efficient unit (and highly rated by Consumer Reports) it is relatively unknown in our local market. Other contractors wouldn’t touch it since they weren’t familiar with the technology, but Scott was willing to learn and undertake the project. We found JB very professional and easy to work with. The work was done neatly and on time. We are a very satisfied customer!
