“I just removed an unfavorable review of this company. I hope the review did not affect their reputation. Am writing to clear up what happened. I wrote the review in response to a home health aide that left us and was exposed to Covid and didn’t mention it. The last time my other half got Covid she was in the hospital for 6 days with 4 of them in a coma. So I became very angry and wrote a poor review about Home Instead which shouldn’t have happened. They are a good home health care company. So am writing here to apologize to them and their staff. In the future my other half will handle all communication and scheduling with the home health care agency. So if you are reading this consider this company for your loved ones. They do a good job and I was unjustified in being overly aggressive and should have controlled myself. Thanks again Home Instead for all you have done for us the past year and a half. Tom G.“
