Hi I work with a transportation company for medical patients. I have been searching for a medical supply company to help me with my needs to stock our vans with needed medical items. Someone suggested Liberty medical specialties to me. I called them and they said sure come on over. I came over here at 8134 Franklin St., Monroe, NC to liberty medical specialties. I feel like a part of the family. These ladies were extremely sweet and very compassionate and what they do. They provided me not only with my needs, but help me to order what they could not provide. Very happy with everything about Liberty Medical Services in Monroe, NC. We originally rented and then purchased a hospital bed, wheelchair and walker from them. From the first phone call, Mackenzie was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our questions and requests. Delivery and installation of hospital bed was painless and the driver was extremely helpful in choosing the right location for fit and comfort. Will be our first call for any further Medical Equipment we may need in the future.

I have rented hospital beds twice from Liberty Medical Specialties for my mom when she was recovering from surgeries. The entire experience was very easy both rounds. A single phone call was all that was needed to arrange the rental. Delivery and pickup were next day for both rental occasions. The beds provided were new or in excellent condition, and their rental rates are reasonable. The office staff and delivery drivers were courteous and professional.
