When I first decided to get lawn care service, I called all the usual companies, but Tailor Made stood out to me for several reasons. First, the communication was straightforward, professional and informative. They didn't over promise results but they set the proper expectations that lawns take time to see full results.<br><br>Second, they were prompt and followed through with the services as planned in a timely manner. I had aeration and over seeding done this season and Ethan performed the service. He was courteous, professional and thorough with the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with his work. Prior to him performing the aeration, we spoke and he listened intently on what areas needed attention and he answered all of my questions without using industry jargon.<br><br>There was an issue that happened, which was a slight inconvenience. When it was brought to their attention, they immediately took care of it. There were no excuses, just understanding and wanting to make things rights. I'm happy with Tailor Made Lawns and I will continue to use them for years to come.”

“I’ve known Ricardo Black and used Allround Landscaping for around two years while we were maintaining the Eye Dialogue property during the process of selling the building.<br><br>The property backed up to the railroad tracks off Graham Street, and the vines back there were completely out of control. If you ignored them for a month or two, they would start swallowing everything. Ricardo stayed on top of it the entire time. Every couple weeks he’d come out, mow, clean everything up, and keep the place looking good so it stayed presentable while we were trying to sell it.<br><br>What I appreciated most was how reliable he was. If he said he was coming, he came. If I called, he answered or got back to me quickly. He also sent pictures after the work was done, which honestly made things a lot easier because I didn’t have to constantly drive out there just to check the property. The pictures were always current and matched the actual work.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to me was that when the season started ending, he actually called me and suggested pausing service instead of just continuing to bill me. That told me a lot about the kind of person he is. Honest guy, dependable, and takes pride in his work.<br><br>Would definitely recommend him if you need landscaping or property maintenance.”
