Not only was he very knowledgeable about the work he was extremely patient with us considering it took us over a year to bite the bullet. Chad and his subs handled the reconstruction, and he was very attentive and detailed. The only drawback I endured was the amount of time to get the kitchen back to normal. With that said, it was mainly waiting on the insurance to approve certain changes and release funds.
I even had a warranty situation which Chad and his staff handled with in a few days.
I am pleased with Spangler Restoration and I have recommended them to my co-workers and friends and family.
Please note that I used to work for another restoration company, but I am glad I did not call them as I used to work for them and know the type of services provided.
I am grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you are ever in need of restoration services, especially after a fire, I can’t recommend Spangler Restoration highly enough.

“I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers.
