Very satisfied with the attention to detail with each task and the double check for each task. Associates were very friendly and communicated well with me. A different company left my oil drain plug loose one time and almost caused damage to my 6.2 l GMC Sierra Denali pick up. Since then I have been paranoid. I spoke with the associate at Valvoline and he explained the process was for one associate to initially reinstall the plug and use a torque wrench to set the tightness, and then for a different associate to go back and double check the tightness with the torque wrench a second time. The oil change was quick. The service was professional and courteous. I did add a service, but did not feel that I was being upsold. The manager remembers me and the 4 vehicles I bring to Valvoline, which is nice.
Jeremy was very kind, qualified, and helped me get an oil change, air cabin filter, wiper change, and state inspection. I was in and out within 20 minutes. This is the FASTEST I’ve ever received quality car service. Thank you all!
