“This company came out to our house a few months after Hurricane Helene to look at a tree that we thought was leaning after the storm, and to perform a general canopy cleanup and trim on the trees in our yard. Their advice was that we did not need to remove the tree that we were concerned about, and their quote to clean up the trees was right in like with the other 2 we received. I feel strongly that they were knowledgeable about the health of the trees and they did not try to push us into services we did not need. Our only small issue was that they had to push our schedule back a few times, but after the third time, their scheduling person provided a little more information on the reasons why the schedule had to change and they made perfect sense. My only suggestion to the company would be to be a little more forthcoming with that information the first time that work has to be rescheduled because as a first time homeowner who hasn't scheduled these services before, it was helpful to get that insight. The crew who did the work was efficient, did a great job trimming all the trees overhanging our house, shed, and the road, and cleaned up all the trimmed branches. We would definitely use this company again.“
