I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Carolina Tree Monkeys. A tree came down on the side of my house during a recent storm on a Friday. Alex in the office was very responsive to my needs the day the tree fell, and assured me that she’d see what she could do to try and fit me in. She contacted me throughout the day so I knew what was going on. The owner, Trebor, was able to come out that evening and secure the tree from causing any further damage. Fortunately for me, they were able to squeeze me in that following Monday to remove the tree in addition to another small dead tree close to my house. Eric came out, walked the entire property and gave great advice. I was ready to do more, but he did not take advantage of my eagerness. Then his team came out to do the work. They were professional and did a great job.
