In 2023 we had E&R Plumbing installed a pump on our water heater to circulate the hot water through our system which corrected the issue. Last fall we noticed that the pump was not recycling the hot water: called E&R Plumbing and set up an appointment to have someone come out and check the system. Garrett Helms arrived and found nothing wrong but suggested that something may be blocking the circulation of the water. He suggested cleaning the lines and in doing so he found that the part that controls the return was in fact clogged. He replaced the clogged part and checked for other obstructions and found none.
