We had an incredible experience with Gann Brothers. We had a septic tank that was discovered to be buried under a concrete slab, and other companies were not willing to investigate to see if the tank was accessible. Not only did Ashley arrange for Eric to come after regular work hours to conduct the inspection of the tank on the same day of the request, but Eric stayed and answered all questions and conducted himself in a very professional manner. We will definitely have no hesitation referring Gann Brothers to our friends, family, and clients!

Absolutely the best customer service! This was my first time.Im 49 years old and my vision was great All my life until 5-6 yrs ago. The Dr said,yes you need glasses. I didn’t understand anything about how my insurance works with eyewear. I was greeted by Tammy, and we sat down,she explained EVERY SINGLE DETAIL! I got overwhelmed quickly by trying to pick out a pair of glasses. Then Tammy brought a pair of Ray-Bans over and said try these. BAM! Prefect Choice! My glasses was in way before they was supposed to be. pick them up and Tammy once again showed me everything to do and not do. I received many compliments on these glasses. So if your vision is bad,JUST GO! They will take good care of you!
