Absolutely the best customer service! This was my first time.Im 49 years old and my vision was great All my life until 5-6 yrs ago. The Dr said,yes you need glasses. I didn’t understand anything about how my insurance works with eyewear. I was greeted by Tammy, and we sat down,she explained EVERY SINGLE DETAIL! I got overwhelmed quickly by trying to pick out a pair of glasses. Then Tammy brought a pair of Ray-Bans over and said try these. BAM! Prefect Choice! My glasses was in way before they was supposed to be. pick them up and Tammy once again showed me everything to do and not do. I received many compliments on these glasses. I have been going here since they opened several years ago. The staff is super nice. The prices are decent compared to where I used to go. Because of covid19, they have not opened yet and I had to go somewhere else to get my prescription filled and it costed so much more I almost got up and walked but I didn't have a choice. That made me appreciate this vision center even more.
