I had issues with a different flooring company trying to get the job scheduled. I came to All About Floors and was met with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I explained what I was looking for and I like the product that they showed me. Guy came out to my house that afternoon and did the measurements and later that day set me a quote. It was a good price for the job. The way scheduling worked out I was able to get it done the next day. The installers work for the company so they know exactly what is expected.
They did the work and cleaned up afterwards which is always a plus. I really like the work they did and the next time I have a flooring job I'll be going back.… read full review

The gentleman in charge of contracts and selection choices and such was wonderful.
He came out to our house and saw the conditions the floor would be subjected to (I spend most of my time at home in a wheeled “transport chair”. 4 six inch wheels, maneuvered by my feet).
He recommended Mullican brand 3/8” thick x 3” wide Hillshire flooring.
The installers were wonderful to work with, keeping the job-site as clean as they could and addressing all of our concerns.
Before they left, they assured us that, if we notice any issues “in a month or two” we simply need to call the store and they’ll send somebody out to address them.
