I’ve used Sir Grout in another state and was pleased with the results. In NC I tried to use a different company with not a good outcome. I thought I’d save money but in the end I ended up spending more money. Sir Grout did an amazing job! The shower and floor in the master bath looked brand new and a beautiful finish. Everything we were hoping for! Xavier Alvarez was so great to work with. He was patient with us while we went back and forth and then back, yet again trying to choose a color for the grout. Xavier arrived on time. Before starting, he walked us through the scope of work. He then confirmed color. He thoroughly prepped area. Upon completion, he had inspect his work which exceeded our expectations. He walked us through how to maintain and what to avoid to get the longest life out of application.
We are completely satisfied with the restoration of our shower!
