The yoga flow is similar to CorePower Yoga, but with an even hotter temperature, making it suitable for experienced practitioners. The studio also provides contrast therapy, with alternating time in the sauna and cold water plunges, as well as a Candlelight Deep Hot Yoga session. The space is very clean, new, and features ample mirrors and easy-to-clean flooring. Many visitors describe the studio as their happy place where they connect with themselves, and they appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of classes. While members have access to the sauna, cold plunge, and gym, drop-in visitors can enjoy the challenging yet rewarding hot yoga classes. The one class I attended was the yoga sculpt and it was a great class! looking forward to other class times as I'm trying to find a hot yoga studio home closer to me. I will say, I thought this facility would be a tad larger with more showers.

Best gym in the area. Carefully selected equipment, awesome staff, clean and welcoming. Rob and his people do a great job creating a top notch gym atmosphere for people at every step of their fitness journey. Always evolving and improving. No other gym I’d rather be.
