I recently visited the Massage Envy in Matthews for the first time, and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Lucy at the front desk was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of booking my appointment so easy. As someone who has never been to a Massage Envy before, I felt very welcomed and at ease.
The facility itself is clean, inviting, and creates a calm atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Customer Service = 4 Atmosphere = 3.5 Brian = 5+ So, attentive and caring. Very professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his truly caring that I got the service I came for. My sciatica symptoms were greatly relieved! Also, he was very communicative...talked to me through the process! I shall be be back spefically to be treated by him! Thank you again, Brian!

I've been going to this location for a couple years now. I shopped around other Massage Envy's until finally landing on this location. Here, I consistently get a welcoming and calming experience at this location. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager there (Shena?) is super nice and engaging. I've been seeing the same massage therapist there, Brian, for a while. Exactly the technique and pressure I am looking for, which can be hard to find.
