Vasili was amazing !! Very professional, fast, and knowledgeable!!! Most importantly ethical! Had an issue with a dryer that Vasili fixed before, he came back and replaced a heating part after the same heating issue reemerged post 2 months of the initial service. We were not charged even though the root cause of the issue was different ! Fantastic service and professionalism!! Thank you !

Highly recommend Hey Key! We've gotten them to come out twice - once to help fix our Bosch refrigerator water filter, and a second time to fix our broken Bosch dishwasher. Vasili was absolutely fantastic to work with, he's quick and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Also love the easy online scheduling. Thank you Vasili!

They responded quickly an booking an appointment was very easy. Vasilii and his team are very knowledgeable and were able to explain exactly the reasons for the issues we had with our appliances and provided the options we can proceeds with.
