Tried for 2 months to get them to service my company. They had technician finally on site today and did not know what to do after being told problem repeatedly and so left and now say can't work with me. They had my phone number and did not bother to call after 2 months Unacceptable

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Facility Systems Services (FSS) and would not recommend them to anyone. Our business first hired them in May 2024 to service our two A/C and heat units. At that time, I specifically requested to be set up on a quarterly maintenance plan and provided all necessary information, yet they completely failed to follow up or initiate the service.

Fast forward to January 2025—our heat stopped working. I called FSS to assess the issue, and they told me both units needed to be replaced. I requested a quote, and when I received it, I was shocked—$54,000 to replace two commercial units. I obtained three additional quotes...read full review

Have worked with this company for years. Seems as if they have just disappeared or gone out of business. No way to call or contact them. Phone numbers do not work. Was great but gone
