My wax specialist Phyllis was Amazing! She made me feel so comfortable. That was very important to me because I'm deathly afraid of getting a Brazilian wax lol. But she made sure I was calm and distracted me with great conversation to help take my mind off of the pain of the wax. I had just met her but if felt like we had known each other for years. I love her and would recommend her to anyone who comes to this location. She's now the only person I want to do my waxes. Great job Phyllis and thank you again!!!

First time deal is real! Loved my experience with Katherine. She was soo sweet and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. All the staff was very professional, I will definitely be coming back to this location. Enjoyed my experience overall.

Ok.. this place has always been my “go-to” to maintain my nose hairs. (I know that’s not sexy sounding… but it’s important). I’ve noticed over the past couple of months, a complete change in attitude amongst the staff. They go out of their way to make guys feel comfortable. This past week, I met Chandler (wax specialist) and Leshan (receptionist/scheduler). Wow!!!. This duo was undoubtedly the most personable, professional, and engaging of any I’ve ever encountered there. Then, Rachel the manager came out to thank me for coming in, and I realized why the customer service has improved and is so superb.
