We paid Carlos company to handle our business taxes, and now I have discovered through the IRS that my company tax returns do not even appear as filed. I have repeatedly asked Carlos for proof that the taxes were submitted, and instead of answering or helping resolve this extremely serious situation, he has completely ignored my calls, emails, and messages.

Because of this situation, I am now dealing with more than $300,000 in alleged IRS debt and penalties, along with enormous stress and anxiety. What is most disturbing is not only the possible negligence, but the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward.
