Jackson has provided a good flow of exercises as well as introducing new ones along the way. At the same time he as listened to me sharing my regular exercise routine to help eliminate exercise that were not good for the back as well as suggesting new exercises that would be good. It is good to have his professional input of the balance of aerobic, resistance weight and core strengthening exercises. A pleasure working with Jackson.
