I had the most incredible experience at Car Doc - undoubtedly one of the greatest encounters I've ever had at a car repair shop. Let's face it; bringing your car to a mechanic can be nerve-wracking. You never know if the final bill will be multiple times higher than your initial expectation. But at Car Doc, they truly exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired flawlessly.As someone with an IT background, I truly appreciate when professionals troubleshoot issues at a high level. At Car Doc, their dedication to finding and resolving the problem was commendable. They went to great lengths to diagnose the issue, even going as far as swapping out parts to confirm they had the right solution.What truly impressed me was their consideration for my budget. They not only identified the problem effectively, but they also took the time to ask and supply me with parts that fit within.

The owner is hands-on and very helpful. I had an A/C Compressor issue. That job usually takes 5-6 hrs. Most mechanics would times I'd usually be car less for 1 day. But here, he had me in and out in 3 hrs!! On a SATURDAY! You have a new customer with me!

My Gas line was busted and I was riding around in serious danger. Inches from explosion. I came across Car Doc listing on Yelp and took a chance in seeking repair for my car. Malek was a lifesaver! He fit me in and was very honest about the condition of my car and very fair with the pricing to repair it. He took time out to look up all the parts needed and had me up and running in no time. He also repaired my son's car the same day! I will be referring Car Doc to EVERYONE I come across in need of SWIFT, EFFICIENT and QUALITY WORK. Malek's Father was a joy to speak with while I waited on my car too. It's so comforting to know there are still some good people out here who treat customers like family.THANK YOU CAR DOC!
