The front desk person was professional. He told me the steps that would be taken during my visit. The doctor was very nice and she explained everything in detail. The doctor was very thorough with her examination and she gave me additional points to look at concerning my health. The office was immaculate. Thank you to two awesome health care professionals.

I was greeted by Phyllis who was with other patients at the time and she demonstrated care and empathy with them. She made sure to acknowledge me when I came in and while I was waiting to be seen she made me feel comfortable when it was time for me to check in with her. I felt at ease with her and with Amaya who took my vitals. They were so wonderful! The PA came shortly thereafter and was very efficient in listening to my symptoms and examining me. I would recommend Better Med to friends and family if urgent care is needed.

I arrived right at opening on a Saturday at 8am and i was 2nd in line. Check in can be done on your phone or right there in the waiting area along with reservations at a kiosk.They also have a human that does check in.I did a drug screening for new employment and i was done in total..right at half an hour.The staff was preparing for the day in what seemed to be a well organized office.Fresh coffee being brewed helped fill the air with an easy feeling.
