I had a great experience at Attoum Urgent Care in Matthews. I've waited to long to write this post and have forgotten names, but everyone was very professional, courteous, and respectful. I had to wait a while but it was my fault; I went in without an appointment. So note to self and others, try to make an appointment before going in.
I was upset from all urgentcares,but what happened with me at this urgentcare was completely different. There is a person I totally respect his name is Dr. peter .He is a professional dr.He told me excatly what I had and explained to me everything in details and left no worries or questions wondering in my head .May God bless him and his family.
I was surprised at the lack of empathy from the physician, PA Win, the only person that showed any kindness was Pam his assistant, she actually deserves a 10. The PA seemed as if he would have rather have been somewhere else than take care of me, same for check in staff at the front. This the first bad experience I've had at Atrium. Thank you Pam for making me feel like I mattered.
