I went on a weekday night and the site said there was an hour wait which was fine. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby and I was called back within 5-10 minutes of being checked in. I was seen quickly and left less than an hour after arriving. The staff was kind and professional.
All the staff from front desk nurse and PA were kind helpful and professional.
One concern is not requiring ill people to wear masks. I wore one even tho I didn’t have a communicable concern. However someone with sore Theo and person complaining they might have Covid didn’t wear masks!
My wife and I went to Atrium Health Urgent Care as she was feeling sick. They were very friendly and helpful to help her get back on the pathway to recovery! Thank you so very much for being there when we needed help !
Great place to go if you’re not feeling well!
