I went on a weekday night and the site said there was an hour wait which was fine. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby and I was called back within 5-10 minutes of being checked in. I was seen quickly and left less than an hour after arriving. The staff was kind and professional.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in because I got hit in the head and began bleeding. Had a scheduled appt time, didn’t get called back until 10 min after that time. But that’s not the bad part. They made me fill out a depression assessment. For reference, I have major depressive disorder and was actively working to get to a higher level of care. Pretty much as soon as the NP came in she didn’t care about my head. She referred me to a behavioral health center but I was hesitant as I was already going to be discussing these difficult things with the centers that I was working with. I didn’t want to have to go over everything again and again. She finally looked at my head for a moment, deemed it ok but wanted to do a tetanus shot. I didn’t even think that a healthcare worker would be lying to me but she was. She called an ambulance while I waited for a shot I didn’t need. I was transferred to an ER (not the behavioral center she told me she was sending me to) and held for 24 hrs before being released. It was the most traumatic healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Made me feel way worse and begin questioning every healthcare “professional” I’ve ever worked with. I would not recommend this place to anyone, you’d be better off taking care of yourself or waiting for an appointment elsewhere. After coming in “just to be sure” I’m left with thousands of dollars in medical debt and extensive trauma from something that was involuntarily done to me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr. Win Lin is extremely rude and makes you feel like you are a burden. Everyone here already said what there is to be said about him and its true.
