I highly recommend 4 Quality Homes! Denis, along with his sons Junior and Daniel, have done extensive work on our home. From remodeling our kitchen and replacing our deck, to foundation work, painting, new windows and more. Each project was done professionally and exceeded our expectations but not our budget. Their pricing is fair, and transparent. Denis did an excellent job of communicating each step of the way, insuring we knew the status of the work and making recommendations for improving the outcome and cutting costs. Since they are so good, they are busy, so plan ahead - they are worth the wait!
Denis was great to work with to fix a window leak in our sunroom! The final product is perfect, and he finished under-budget and earlier than planned.
The leak rotted two studs, the floor joist, the window support within the wall, the plywood, and the siding. He replaced the rotted wood, insulation, siding, and paneling. He even made a replacement aluminum windowsill himself to match our other windowsills.

4 Quality Homes outperformed the work they completed on our home. Denis and team was contracted for the work after 3 interviews with other construction companies. They were prompt and professional. They found areas of wood rot under the gutters we could have never found and window dormer issues. He always asked permission to continue as new issues appeared and addressed them. The project took 2 weeks came in below budget. He detailed their work and receipts to finish the job. Highly recommend this company for any repairs, remodeling for your home.
