Austin’s Heating & Cooling Inc. is a family owned business with great people. The office works with schedules and keeps customers informed. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable, going through units top to bottom, and provide thorough maintenance. They offer excellent customer service, even resolving issues over the phone on a Saturday. The team got units running quickly and gave good information. They installed oil and propane furnaces, and perform yearly maintenance. They wear shoe covers inside. The service is professional, with decent and fair prices. Customers feel confident their heating will be reliable and highly recommend them for all heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.
Great Overall Experience with the Team at Austins. The office worked with my schedule and kept me informed. Matt came to Service my Gas Furnace that had been neglected for some time. He was Extremely Knowledgeable and went thru everything top to bottom in the unit. I feel confident with the Thorough maintenance that was done that my heating will be reliable thru the winter. Matt worked very hard in a tight space, but he still charged a very Fair price.
I will continue to use Austins for all my future Heating and Cooling Maintenance and repairs.
Very nice family owned business. Great people to work with. Have installed both oil & propane furnaces for us & performed yearly maintenance. Even wear shoe covers if have to come inside!
We called Austin Heating and Cooling on a Thursday afternoon when we returned from vacation to find our AC unit was not functioning properly. The owner himself was here the next morning by 8:30. He had our unit back up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs!
