“We discovered on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend that our water pressure would go to zero and then recover a few minutes later. Not a good situation anytime but especially on a holiday weekend with a house filled with 14 people (including a newborn!)

I called Buckner’s number and got a callback from Eddie who had the emergency service shift for the weekend. He walked me through a diagnostic Saturday night and isolated them problem as a bad pressure switch which he committed to replacing Sunday PM.

He called me Sunday 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and replaced the switch/recharged the pressure tank. Water service is house is better now than it was new. Eddie and Buckner get 5 stars from us for reliable, timely, and friendly service.
