I will never call a different plumbing company again! After calling 3 other companies after I lost water pressure completely at my house, proper plumbing answered the phone and started out with amazing customer service. They came to the house at 7pm for an emergency visit and determined that it was my well pump. They were extremely professional and friendly. Broke everything down to someone who doesn’t know plumbing, and I was able to have water flowing the next morning!
