From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and honest. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through my options without any pressure.
The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean, and my system is running better than ever. It’s rare to find a company that combines expert knowledge, fair pricing, and genuine customer care, but this team absolutely does.
Bobby and his crew have been the best HVAC service for us. We moved into a new house, to us, a year ago, our neighbors highly recommended Oakes AC Services. We called Bobby when we were having an A/C issue, he came out immediately, fixed the problem and he has been servicing our unit ever since. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty in fixing several issues for us, most recently they fixed a dryer vent issue. His guys are professional, timely and responsive to any questions and / or suggestions. We’ve been 110% pleased with the quality of service and repair work. Oakes AC Service is highly recommended.

Our outdoor blower stopped working in the middle of the summer and after checking everything I knew I gave Bobby a call late in the evening. He took my call after-hours and even face-timed to walk me through several additional checks. Within 10 minutes he had identified the issue and gave me the steps to fix it without a need for a service call. This was a lifesaver as we have little children and most other places would quote a couple days to even attempt to fix. Highly recommend Oakes AC Services! They did a great job on our installation over a year ago and the service has been great.
