So my daughter brought some blades for my husband. She brought the wrong ones and so we tried to take them back and exchange them for the right ones and he didn’t want to exchange them. He said store policy is 7 days. There is no store policy on receipt. I told him I came back twice in the seven days and he was closed both times. Today is day 9. I felt he could have been reasonable but he refused. He lost a customer.

I used to go to this store all the time but I will not be going back the man that works there is weird and customer service is rude.
