A great group of men who worked hard and installed over 2,500 square feet of roofing in a day and a half. Now 9 years later I had a leak in my vent boot. This was no fault of 1st Response Roofing. It was a normal maintenance problem caused by excessive rain in North Carolina. John at 1st Response sent Tucker out within 3 days and replaced the roofing board sheathing, shingles and pipe boot. I just got my roof replaced and First Response did a great job. Russell Boyd was extremely helpful with the entire process and was on site throughout the replacement. He was great answering questions that I had and was quick to respond to my calls. My roof looks great and I am thoroughly pleased with quality of work First Response Roofing did. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof.
