“My 88 year old mother has been a customer here for far more years than I can recall. Mom was diagnosed with progressive dementia in 2016, and until March 28, 2023, when mom transitioned to a local memory care facility, our family had continued to take her there every Friday afternoon for her appointment. Over the past couple years, Laney has met us at the front door, and helped mom negotiate the front step into the shop, and slowly walked her to a chair. Afterwards, she would walk mom slowly back to the front door, and more often than not, into the parking area, where we would meet her. I imagine everyone is born with at least some potential to be that type of serving, caring person during their life, but Laney puts it into practice every day, it seems. Laney left such a positive impression on mom, that she was always ready to 'go see Laney'.And, although we did not use Denise's services, we have spoken with her, and seen her as she attended to her customers. We know with certainty that both of these ladies are very friendly, down to earth, attentive to their customer's needs, and do great work! :)“
