Gee I hate to give a mediocre review but this is the 4-th mediocre trim received so here’s a not so great review. Maybe worth an internal review. Going w A-Cut-Above, hopefully it’ll be a bit more professional and cooperative. Gee when I say make it like always I’d like it to be more like my previous cuts and not what you like but what I want.
I was very pleased with my first visit and will return. Dixie listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly how I asked. I've been searching for a new salon since I retired and have had a problem with stylist doing what they wanted. I wear my hair short and cutting with clippers and texturing the top shouldn't be that difficult. Im so glad I've found someone that does it perfectly!
I sign in online and walk in to be greeted by friendly people. Then I'm quickly called back by a fantastic stylist and given just the haircut I want. They use the notes from previous visits to make sure I'm happy. Then we go to the cash register where I pay (and tip) my stylist. Then they make sure to thank me for my service as I'm a veteran. Thank you great clips for providing me with a great experience.
