Ross Plumbing & Pump Service has been serving Greensboro and Burlington, NC since 1976. They offer a wide range of services, including well pump service and installation, plumbing, sewer & drain cleaning and replacement. Customers have praised the company's knowledgeable and professional staff, who quickly diagnose and address issues.
Despite not servicing the customer's area in Nash County, the plumber from Ross Plumbing & Pump Service still came to assess the situation and offered a solution. The customer had been struggling with a septic system issue for over two years, and the plumber suggested installing a new system instead of just patching the existing one, as he knew it would eventually fail. The plumber's willingness to go the extra mile and provide a long-term solution, even though it was not his usual service area, was highly appreciated by the customer.
Customers have also commended the company's prompt, professional, and courteous service, with one client noting that the plumber immediately identified the problem over the phone, in contrast to a "big name" plumbing company that had failed to do so. Overall, Ross Plumbing & Pump Service has earned a reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
