Michael Lyn Grimsley LLC is a full service plumbing company for all plumbing needs, including water heater repair/replacement, garbage disposals, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, outside faucets, well pumps, water/sewer line replacements, and gas lines for gas stoves and fire places. Michael was able to come out on short notice to solve leaking faucets. He helped figure out a sewage smell from a master bathroom toilet after a DIY attempt, evaluated the fix, and re-did the repair to ensure the smell was gone. He provided feedback on the product used and gave ideas on another project. He was quick to respond, professional, respectful, gave an accurate quote, and thorough. On another occasion, a house well pump went out and Michael came right out, changed the pump promptly, and replaced all hardware. He has been great on several emergency occasions. You will not find a more knowledgeable honest plumber, and his prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.
Michael came to our house to help figure out a sewage smell coming from out master bathroom toilet after I attempted to DIY a fix. He evaluated my attempt and reassured me that it seemed as though I had done the fix correctly but still re-did the repair (per my request) to ensure that the smell was not coming from the toilet. He provided feedback on the type of product I used to fix the toilet (wax seal brand/size) and even took a look at another project I was working on to give me ideas on how to approach it. House Well pump went out, my wife called Mike and he came right out.
Changed the pump promptly and replaced all the other hardware as necessary. I've used Mike on several emergency occasions and he has always been great. You want find a more knowledgeable honest plumber then Mike and his prices are more then fair. I highly recommend him when the time comes, You want be disappointed.
I had an emergency situation today when I was notified by the City I had a water main leak (they were not able to assist since it was determined to be private property). In a panic, I contacted Michael who was able to respond quickly, identify the issue, get parts and fix the leak. The response to this emergency situation was handled excellent. My issue was resolved and for a fair price. I highly recommend Michael Lyn Grimsley, LLC for your plumbing issues.
