Nick came to finish the installation of a new generator for my home I recently purchased. I am a retired Senior Quality Engineer that finished my career Space industry supplying electronic sensors to NASA and commercial aircraft manufacturers. I observed Nick performed his tasks as both a Electronic Engineer and Quality Engineer . I was very impressed because Nick performed every item without missing a single step. What impressed me was prior to starting the generator he pressed every connection point, pulled and repress to ensure a solid connection. I received a text when the technician was en route and a phone call from the technician when he arrived and he explained what would take place concerning the maintenance. I was not home at the time, but I appreciated the notification of his arrival and the notification of the completion. I am unable to speak of what took place while he was there, but the kind professionalism of customer service that took place is enough to warrant five stars.
