So to start I was scammed out of $50 by someone who claimed to work at this shop then she vanished. I called Mrs. Frieda the next day and she was upset to hear someone was used her shop to do this. She even honored the appointment on short notice, and on her day off, even after I told her she didnt have to, and was so sweet to me and helpful. She had never done locs/maintenance on a white person before but did so very well on me and very fast. Faster then it's ever been done in the 4 years I've had them. Moved to the Lexington area and wanted to find a stylist. She is amazing! I had a specific style that I wanted that she didn’t offer. I messaged her and she was very quick to reply to give her an idea of what I was looking for. She was very kind and fast! I was in and out in less than 4 hrs for my hair. The prices are not bad and she actually washes and blow drys your hair which is a rarity these days! I will definitely be coming back, 10/10 ❤️
I was really nervous about starting my Loc Journey because I wasn’t sure that my hair would hold up! I am beyond happy and pleased with the services I have received from Freekay Styles, my Locs are flourishing and maintaining the installation I received for my Loc Extensions!
