First time I went I had a great experience and loved my pedicure. My nails were perfect and I got what I paid for which is good enough for me. Oh but the 2nd time….. the lady with the bad short blonde wig needs more practice with customer service and polishing skills. Within hours my gel polish was cracking and bubbling up, I’ve never had that happen with gel polish. I went back to get it fixed as soon as I saw it the same day and she tried to blame me for the gel peeling saying I hit it and tried to argue with me about it then turned around speaking in another language to other employees. Cleanliness: Very clean , very nice place busy but got to me quickly . I don't live full time in Lexington but plan to visit them for nails any time I am there.
Stylist: My stylist was very experienced and did a wonderful job!
They do great but always backed up.you will miss your appointment. They over book. Adding to this post today wasn't a wait. I went immediately to the pedicure chair. Waited for maybe 20 minutes. That wasn't to bad considering it's mother's day weekend. I did however make an appointment. They have gotten better because in the past I've made appointments and was booted!
