I could not have had a better experience than at this urgent care - made my appointment on their website - checked in by Wendy (very courteous, friendly, and professional) at 11:30 am; within 10 minutes checked in with Lexi who took all of my vitals and intake information (very efficient, friendly, and professional); within 5 minutes Nurse Practitioner David Probst entered the exam room, actually listened to my story of why I was there, thoroughly examined and diagnosed me - lower lumbar back pain, received two shots from Lexi, first for pain and second for steroidal antibiotic, out the door to Walgreen's to pick ua a prescription for a muscle relaxant that they had called...read full review
This was a great visit. I scheduled my appointment online, the nurse took me to x-ray before taking me into a room to see the doctor. The nurse was very considerate of my pain and made me as comfortable as she could for the x-rays. The doctor was in to see me quickly and disagreed with the radiologists report, had the radiologist to look over it again and found I did have a break. He was very helpful with getting me in to see the Orthopedic doctor quickly. Dr Propst explained everything and asked if I had questions. Excellent medical staff everybody seems to be very professional and knowledgeable this facility is highly regarded by the local people in Lenoir if you go there to Robbins medical you will receive the best care possible and I'm not just whistling Dixie I am being factual besides people need to hear the truth more often this way they will never be misdirected
