Unsure of why the rating on this place isn't 5 stars. I was seen by Dr. Annie Deal and she is a Rockstar. I'd recommend anyone to visit this Urgent Care over others in the area. Everyone was super polite, concerned, and understanding. Answered all my questions and explained everything to the fullest. Dr. Annie Deal you rock!

Very thankful for Annie Deal NP and her team. I use to drive to Morganton if needed Urgent Care to see Annie but now to have her here in Caldwell County is such a plus! Most recently my daughter needed to be seen and while she is a teenager it's still hard not to be with your child when they are sick. Annie took great care of her and she felt comfortable being there without me. She was seen fast, quick and efficient. If you are in need of a Urgent Care definitely go see Annie.

Highly Recommend! I walked in to be seen and we was seen immediately. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Everyone here was so very pleasant! The Provider, Annie Deal, was wonderful, took her time, extremely knowledgeable, and had me in and out. I will definitely use this express care again! 10 out of 10!
