This place sucks they tell you to bring you're dog in. Then when you going to bring him in they say go somewhere else this place is not good. I don't recommend anyone to come here especially if it's an emergency. They themselves will tell you to go to another emergency hospital. Even if you had just called and they said bring him in.

If I could give them less than one star I would it started with me moving to North Carolina and taking my dog up there to get put on meds for her anxiety so my vet talk down to me about putting my dog on meds which I didn't find them using it all I'm not asking for her opinion I came there for her to prescribe my dog meds I live with her I see how much anxiety she has whenever I leave I was trying to alleviate that I didn't need a guilt trip about putting my dog on meds. So I just take the prescription and try to go to an online source to get them they are out of reconcile because so many animals in this pandemic are having anxiety issues so I'm forced to go back to Caldwell county animal hospital and get my dog's prescription filled there for double what it is from online sources. So I've gotten three prescriptions filled from them and I guess they saw my review online for them when I called last Wednesday to refill my prescription left my name and number no one has called me back for a week so I called back two more times left my name and number and the reason I was calling no one calls call back and actually catch somebody and they told me they're not going to be able to help me since I'm unhappy with their service well that was three prescriptions ago and because I left them a bad review they don't want to help my dog I go to the window to pick up my prescription they don't have to deal with me you have to hand me my prescription and I will give you your double amount for the prescription and I'll walk away like I've done the last three times since I paid my initial money for that prescription I just want to get what I paid for. I told the girl that this is the type of unprofessionalism that I was complaining about in the first place called her a few names and hung up she then tried to call back twice till I blocked the number. And there are more platforms than just this to complain about the crap-tastic service that I paid for

I will NEVER bring another animal here again. Kim Chester was SOOO rude to me. The dr. That helped me treated me like I had no knowledge of animals and basically told me my dog was in terrible health. Let me tell you.. My animals eat better than I do! They eat the most expensive food and the very best supplements money can buy. Caldwell Animal hospital is a TOTAL JOKE. They rack up your prices so you owe them hundreds of dollars just walking in the door. I have used them for years but I WILL NEVER grace this place again. The doors need to be shut. Nobody deserves to be talked to and treated the way I was today. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Statesville Equine will be the ONLY vets office I ever go to again. Screw Caldwell Animal.
