Mark was a pleasure to work with. I am a very detailed and thorough person and did my due diligence prior to hiring. He went above and beyond insuring he was my guy and then post inspection he took the time to answer any questions I had. He was a really nice guy and very professional. I highly recommend him. Mark was SO thorough with our home inspection! He took his time and really checked everything. I walked around with him for some of the 4 hours he inspected the house we are buying, and he took the time to show me everything and explain his findings. I have dealt with a few home inspectors during other home purchases and sales, and I have never had an inspector as thorough as this. I absolutely feel confident that he found every potential problem there could be with this house. I am just so impressed!
