Cut my toe on my car, and went to urgent care. The doctor Timothy was AMAZING!!! Couldn’t be more happy with today’s visit!!! If I could get him a raise I would!! Very good bedside manners!!! I would give him a 100/10 rating!!
I couldn't have asked for better care, the PA John Curtis, was honest and straight forward with me and no doubt I appreciated that the most. I needed a IV for my autoimmune disorder P.O.T.S. and was treated with kindness and respect. It was really great to get to go to a urgent care that treats patients so well and for IV fluids instead of the ED. I hate having to that when treatment for me is so simple and non emergency. Thank you to the entire team Hannah, Ellery, Shannon, and Faith as well. It was a really weird day of power outages and internet outages but you guys overcame all of it.

Honestly, this was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I came in after a traumatic motor vehicle accident and was emotionally shaken. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and understanding. Hannah and Ellery at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient, smiling as I navigated calling my insurance company, which meant more than words can express in that moment.
They set a comforting tone that continued throughout my visit. Shannon (MA) was kind, brilliant, and thorough. She truly made me feel seen and heard, which helped me begin to feel safe again. John (PA) was down to earth, considerate, and attentive in every way.
